Daniel Simmons
Daniel has strong transaction and operational experience completing 4 exits as well as executing 10+ debt financing initiatives and over 20 acquisitions.
He was the CRO of Ministry Brands, a Genstar Capital and Providence Equity Portfolio company, where he helped deliver a 3.0x MOIC in approximately 12 months. Prior he was an executive with Active Network where he helped take the company public then later private with Vista Equity Partners. He was also a key executive with Zappos.com, a Sequoia Capital portfolio company, which led to a strategic acquisition of the company by Amazon.com. Earlier in his career he spent time with Expedia.
Daniel is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and graduated from Oklahoma State University.
Scott Neuberger
Scott is a lifelong entrepreneur, investor, and business leader completing 3 exits and 7 M&A transactions.
Most recently, he co-led an acquisition and spin-out of a subsidiary of Qualcomm that made a GPS tracker for dogs called Tagg. Scott served as CEO of the spun out business and executed a turnaround of the business and a merger with Whistle Labs. He was CFO of Whistle Labs when it was acquired by Mars in 2016. The final transaction valued the company more than 30x higher than it was at the time of the spin out less than 3 years earlier. He brings 10 years CEO experience turning companies into high growth businesses.

Brandon Stapper

Brandon founded his first company with $400 in his garage at age 20. 4 years later, the company had over $1 million in annual revenue without raising any outside capital. Since then, he has founded or led growth to several multi-million dollar companies.
Drew Goodmanson
Drew is a founder/CEO, who has built and sold several companies. In 2017 he was part of the team that won the Private Equity Large Market Deal of the Year.
Recently, he consolidated 10 SaaS companies into one business unit. He has led companies in a variety of markets and industries including winning INC 500/5000, CEO of the Year and Best Places to Work awards. He has raised seed money from high net worth executives and venture capital from Silicon Valley. He has experience with SaaS companies from start-up to over $200m. Over the last few years he has coached CEO’s and consulted with dozens of companies to align them for rapid growth.
Drew attended University of Oregon and graduated from Seattle Pacific University.
Philippe d’Arabian
Philippe is a high energy, strategic, data-driven and growth-oriented technology executive.
Currently in charge of Global Strategic Alliances at Microsoft, Philippe has held a variety of positions within Microsoft including product management, product marketing and business development. Previously, Philippe worked at Bain & Company where he advised clients on corporate strategy, pricing strategy, sales force effectiveness, customer satisfaction and performance improvement.
Philippe has expertise in go-to-market strategy, product management, corporate strategy, strategic partnerships and competitive analysis. Philippe holds a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
